How we hire
We are committed to providing applicants with the best experience when they apply for a job at Snke. Our process may involve a discovery call, video interview and/or personal interview and further assessment rounds to determine if we’re the right fit for each other.
1. Submission
View open opportunities and apply online. If you didn’t find your fit, join our talent pool to be considered for future opportunities.
2. Discovery
A discovery call is our chance to learn more about each other. If we move forward, expect follow-up within two weeks.
3. Assessment
If the role requires it, you will be invited to an assessment round which may include specific tasks to test your skill sets.
4. Manager interview
The next stage is an in-person or video interview covering core competencies, technical knowledge and questions you may have.
5. Leadership interview
Depending upon the role, you may also be invited for a final interview with a member of our leadership team.
